The Recon Raider Remembrance Ride

THIS IS WHY WE RIDE

The Recon Raider Remembrance Ride returns for its fourth year. Join us on August 7, 2026, as riders from across the nation convoy from Washington, MO, to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery - each one carrying the name of a fallen Marine Raider or Recon Marine.

ROUGH MEN STAND READY

“People sleep peacefully in their beds at night, only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.”

THE UNKNOWN. THE UNRECOGNIZED.

DYING IN THE SHADOWS

In the United States Marine Corps, there is a group of Marines who pride themselves on being the unknown. Men who have pushed themselves - mentally, physically, past the breaking point - for the chance to be part of these communities.

They ask no thanks for what they do. They find honor in their willingness to die in the shadows.

This is why we remember them.
This is why we ride.

CARRYING THEIR NAMES

Each rider carries a bracelet bearing the name of one of the fallen. Each motorcycle rides in his place.

At the end of the day, every bracelet is collected and delivered to the Gold Star family of the Marine it honored - as a token of remembrance that, this year, his name was carried forward.

100% of net proceeds go to the foundations that support these communities and their Gold Star families.

ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSPARENCY

POWERED BY ASYMMETRIC SOLUTIONS

R4 - the Recon Raider Remembrance Ride - is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are powered by Asymmetric Solutions as a way to give back to the brotherhood. This is not a commercial enterprise; it is a mission.

100% of net proceeds go directly to the foundations supporting the Marine Raider and Marine Reconnaissance communities and their Gold Star families. No fluff. No overhead extraction. Just riders supporting the mission.

STAND WITH US

Running a ride of this size isn't free. The $30 registration covers a fraction of what it takes to put 200+ motorcycles on the road, escort them through three counties, and carry every bracelet home to a Gold Star family.

Sponsors cover the rest. And every dollar past the ride's own costs flows directly to the foundations supporting the Marine Raider and Marine Reconnaissance communities.

The ride is self-sustaining. The mission is sponsor-funded.

Who's watching

  • 200+ riders — most of them veterans or active-duty — convoying across eastern Missouri
  • Thousands of fairgoers, route spectators, and an online following built over four years
  • The Raider and Recon communities themselves — a community that remembers who shows up

Who this fits

You don't have to be a veteran-owned brand to stand with the men we ride for. What every sponsor shares: a willingness to put their name behind the memory of men who gave their lives for us.

If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.

Tell us what matters to your brand. We'll build the package around it.

All contributions are tax-deductible. R4 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
